The dates available for internship are between 3 July 2023 and 31 August 2023. Applications from students who wish to do an internship outside of these dates will not be approved.
The deadline for uploading internship application forms to the internship application system, whose address is specified in the internship flowchart, and for sending the documents is 30 May 2023. In case of delays due to sending the documents by cargo, the responsibility lies with the student. In case of a delay caused by the workplace, the student should contact Arş. Gör. Gülnihal UYKUN.
Form 1 (İŞ YERİ STAJ BAŞVURU VE KABUL FORMU) from the internship application forms will be filled out with a blue ballpoint pen and its color-scanned version will be uploaded to the internship application system. It is mandatory to have the company's stamp and signature. After the student's application is approved in the internship application system, Form 2 will be printed from the system, signed, and delivered to Arş. Gör. Gülnihal UYKUN along with Form 1, Form 3, and the SPAS Eligibility Inquiry Document either by hand or by cargo. (It is mandatory to have the original documents with wet signatures.)
