2023-2024 Education-Teaching Fall Semester Horizontal Transfer Application Results Are Attached.

Students who have earned the right to Horizontal Transfer must complete their registrations between 04-09/05.09/2023 during working hours by applying IN PERSON OR THROUGH A PROXY APPOINTED BY A NOTARY to the student affairs unit of our Faculty.

The responsibility for the documents submitted by the students who applied for Horizontal Transfer lies with them. In case of any irregularity and its detection, their registrations will be canceled even if they have already registered.

THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS MUST BE BROUGHT FOR REGISTRATION:

If available, High School Diploma or Certified Copy

Photocopy of Identity Card

Student Identity Card from the University they are coming from

Document Indicating No Objection to Horizontal Transfer (The student will obtain it from the school they are currently enrolled in.)

THE ORIGINALS OF THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS UPLOADED DURING THE APPLICATION MUST BE PRESENTED DURING REGISTRATION

•  The OSYM Result Document showing the YGS, LYS or YKS Placement Results and All Score Types submitted by the student during university admission, (for Additional Article-1 applications),

•  Student Status Document obtained from the higher education institution they are enrolled in or from the e-government platform (can be QR coded, e-signed, or wet signed),

•  An approved or QR coded grade sheet/grade transcript/transcript document showing all the courses taken by the student up to the semester they wish to transfer to, excluding the preparatory class (Documents in a foreign language must be translated into Turkish.),

•  Documentation of the status of students who have studied in the preparatory class or have frozen their registration,

•  An approved official document showing that students in the second education program are in the top ten percent at the end of the relevant education-teaching semester,

•  Approved or QR coded Course Contents (course curriculum), (Students who do not submit course contents will be adapted to the first year.),

•  Document regarding whether they have received a disciplinary penalty,

•  In applications from Overseas Higher Education Institutions, for programs where success ranking is not required, the central placement score in the score type valid for the diploma program they wish to transfer to must be equal to or higher than the lowest base score of equivalent diploma programs in other universities in the country,
